Supplyline Medical has incorporated its Shopify eCommerce storefront with its NetSuite ERP technology, applying Patchworks, integrating the distributor's online sales and back-office processes in real time.
The New Jersey-based healthcare distributor supplies healthcare, clinics, and chronic care services in the United States with products involving targeted protective tools, respiratory tools, diagnostic tools, mobility aids, and patient care supplies.
The incorporation synchronises orders, inventory, and consumer data between the two systems. Orders placed via the eCommerce platform recently flow automatically into NetSuite, while stock levels and consumer records update in the business without physical intervention.
Delivered with technology integrator Bemeir, the project supports more than 30 automated technology flows in Supplyline Medical's operations. The transformation is designed to lessen manual work, enhance order precision, and give staff clearer visibility of transactions and stock.
Digital Procurement
The advancement comes as medical care providers rely more seriously on digital procurement channels to source tools and consumables. That transformation has raised focus on the technology distributors applied to manage orders and stock, specifically where delays or inventory challenges affect the supply of significant items.
Manufacturing data cited by Supplyline Medical points to persistent pressure on the healthcare sector. UK-driven Patchworks emphasizes the incorporation of software for eCommerce operations, connecting technology like online stores, warehouse platforms, ERP applications, CRM tools, point-of-sale technology, and marketplaces. Its software is used by retailers and distributors to mechanize data flows between technologies that would otherwise operate separately.
