That experience will be an invaluable resource as our management teams navigate those same transformations."

Before Finvi, she was Vice President, Global Product & Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Health, where she led a global clinical effectiveness SaaS portfolio and built an international commercial business unit. Earlier in her career, Ms. Shah held product and corporate development roles at Skillsoft and Citrix Systems.

Ms. Shah holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. She earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Mumbai.

“Every healthcare company I’ve worked with faces a version of the same challenge: how to evolve from a point solution into a platform that compounds value,” said Ms. Shah. “Frazier’s portfolio sits at the center of that transition, spanning provider technology, clinical intelligence, and healthcare services. I’m excited to work alongside these management teams at the moments when product and strategic decisions can have the greatest impact on long-term enterprise value.”

A recent report by Towards Healthcare highlights that the Healthcare Private Equity Market is growing, as Private equity’s role in health care is rapidly growing, particularly through acquisitions of high-margin specialist practices.  Private equity firms supply large funds to upgrade medical equipment, expand physical infrastructure, and build new facilities. PE firms can often bring more resources, like human resources, compliance, and collections and billing support, as well as funds for EMR systems, at-risk payor contracting, and investment in ancillaries, like surgery centers. PE investments can greatly benefit Indian healthcare, but the focus must remain on patient-centric care.
