India Unveils NamAIste Worlds First Hospitality Focused GPT Engine Developed by IIHM

For the first time, India introduced NamAIste, IIHM Hospitality GPT, the world’s initial AI engine made to support the hospitality industry. It was created by the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), with Entiovi Technologies, as an important achievement for the ‘Make in India’ campaign and reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s hopes for ‘Viksit Bharat’. 

This language model is built to greatly improve training, operations, and decision-making in the hospitality industry with immediate access to worldwide examples, studies, and culturally aware content. Many industry leaders and students watched the launch from across the world at the IIHM Global Campus in Kolkata. NamAIste goes beyond being a chatbot, as it knows how hospitality works on six continents. Furthermore, the project not only transforms hospitality teaching and practice but also gives India a leading role in AI-based educational technology around the world.
