Samsung has introduced the R20, its latest super-premium ultrasound system designed to redefine general imaging through a seamless blend of artificial intelligence and advanced ergonomics. Placed among the most advanced imaging solutions to date, the R20 represents Samsung's desire to expand the limits of diagnostic possibilities and enable clinicians to make even more confident, faster, and more accurate decisions. The R20, with its next-generation features, further strengthens Samsung's dominance in medical imaging in India and worldwide.

Developed on the Crystal Architecture™, a Samsung-proprietary platform, the R20 features an enhanced imaging engine and a high-definition OLED screen. This further improves consistency, resolution, and tissue penetration. The system's high-quality imaging algorithms help clinicians see anatomy at a higher level than ever. Thus, the system is a revolutionary tool in a wide range of clinical uses. Furthermore, with abdominal and musculoskeletal examinations, vascular mapping, and breast scanning, the R20 is designed to offer superior diagnostic performance in simple and complex cases

In addition to image quality, the R20 offers a wide range of AI-based features that enhance productivity and optimize clinicians' workflows. Live LiverAssist, which identifies probable focal lesions in real time upon scanning, and Live BreastAssist. This can provide instant BIRADS classification, among other features, and has played a major role in reducing interpretation time and introducing uniformity in clinical examination.

There are also AI-powered automatic measurement tools on the platform. This determines internal structures, computes dimensions, and produces high-reproducibility-guided reports.
