Ad 120 has launched an innovative luxury senior living complex in Modi’in, which highlights the company’s fifth secured housing facility in Israel & also announced an investment of some NIS 600 million.

This complex is established on 42,000 square meters, which mainly consists of 250 housing units & is developed around what the company explores as Israel’s first longevity center for senior residents.
