Ad 120 has launched an innovative luxury senior living complex in Modi’in, which highlights the company’s fifth secured housing facility in Israel & also announced an investment of some NIS 600 million.

This complex is established on 42,000 square meters, which mainly consists of 250 housing units & is developed around what the company explores as Israel’s first longevity center for senior residents. Alongside, the center is facilitating residents' personalized programs emphasized physical health, cognitive training, nutrition, wellness, community life & personal meaning.

Ad 120’s new facility is located in Modi’in’s city center neighbourhood, near Anaba Park, Azrieli Mall, the train station & cultural and leisure centers. Furthermore, these apartments in the complex comprise two-room, two-and-a-half-room & three-room units, all with balconies. In addition, residents are also provided private parking & storage rooms.
