Amazfit Unveils Active 2 Square Smartwatch with Advanced Health Tech

Amazfit, the international smart wearable company of Zepp Health, has launched the latest product within its smart wearable range, the Amazfit Active 2 Square. Following the success of their round-shaped Active 2 released not so long ago, this new model boats the same broad and sporty health and fitness features. It made its way into high-profile tech events, such as Pepcom and ShowStoppers, and was received with great interest due to its futuristic design paired with the performance.

The Active 2 Square is armed with a 1.75-inch sizzling high-definition AMOLED screen covered with sapphire and inserted in a polished stainless-steel frame, fusing durability and aestheticism into one gadget. Having a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, the users count on perfect visibility even when working directly under the sunlight. This new design attracts people who value aggressive geometry and smooth lines, providing solid and recognizable visuals to the project. Combining high-end manufacturing with ultra-high-tech electrical internals, Amazfit offers the Active 2 Square as a smartwatch on which even fashion-conscious users and sports-oriented fitness fans may feel equally at home.

Amazfit has not merely refreshed the design but has significantly improved what is behind it. The Active 2 Square comes with the state-of-the-art BioTracker 6.0 PPG biosensor, dual LED, and five photodiodes (5PD). The sophisticated sensor is able to measure more biometric data than the earlier versions resulting in greater accuracy of heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and stress level measurements. Being supported by the PulsePrecisionTM algorithm, heart rate monitoring attains the same degree of accuracy as that of the Amazfit T-Rex 3, Amazfit flagship rugged model. With the RestoreIQ algorithm, sleep tracking gets more engaging as the users become more aware of the fascinating information about their recovery and rest cycles.

Zepp Health is continuing to integrate more AI-based analytics into its wearables, pushing the envelope for what smartwatches offer.
