IB Roof Expands TPO Solutions

IB Roof Systems has launched a new range of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membranes for commercial roofing applications. Also, this new launch expands the company’s existing roofing product portfolio, which already includes PVC and liquid-applied roofing systems, as per the published report. With the addition of  TPO membranes, the company is offering more options for roofing contractors and building owners. Moreover, the TPO membranes are designed for use in commercial roofing projects. These products are intended to support roofing needs where durability and performance are important. The membranes are developed to be used in low-slope roofing applications, which are commonly found in commercial buildings.

Also, the product line includes multiple thickness options such as 60 mil, 80 mil, 115 mil, and 135 mil. These different thickness levels allow contractors to select the membrane based on project requirements. Moreover, along with thickness options, the membranes are also available in different colors, including white, tan, and gray.

According to Towards Chem&Materials, the thermoplastic polyolefin market size accounted for USD 6.88 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 7.36 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 13.47 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 6.95% from 2026 to 2035, due to the greater demand for flexible and durable material.

IB Roof Systems has also designed these TPO membranes to be used as part of a complete roofing system. Also, they are intended to work with other components, such as insulation and accessories provided by the company. This allows contractors to use a single system approach for installation. The IB Roof Systems has introduced new TPO roofing membranes in different thicknesses and colors for commercial roofing use. These membranes are designed to meet industry standards and are intended to be used as part of a complete roofing system.
