In July 2026, Mabion, a Polish biotechnology firm specializing in the development and manufacturing of biological products, established a Master Service Agreement with KriSan Biotech, a comprehensive Taiwanese Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization renowned for its expertise in the development and production of complex small molecules, peptides, and drug conjugates. The agreement was formalized during BIO Asia-Taiwan 2026 held in Taipei, Taiwan, highlighting Mabion’s commitment to enhancing its footprint in the Asian biopharmaceutical market.

Pursuant to the terms of this agreement, Mabion and KriSan Biotech will engage in a close collaborative effort to jointly offer ADC development and manufacturing services to external clients, as well as to undertake projects addressing their respective internal requirements. The MSA delineates a comprehensive framework for the preparation of coordinated and integrated proposals for ADC development programs. The collaboration model is predicated on mutual subcontracting through distinct Scopes of Work and a reciprocal client referral system.

Mabion's partnership with its Taiwanese counterpart aligns with the broader trend of strengthening strategic economic collaboration between Poland and Taiwan. This relationship also signifies the increasing partnership between the two nations in advanced technologies and life sciences, with Poland increasingly positioned as a conduit to the European market for Taiwanese innovators.

The cooperation with KriSan Biotech is directly in line with Mabion’s long-term strategy for the period 2025-2030, which was articulated by the Company’s new Management Board in November 2025. This strategy emphasizes the evolution into an advanced, flexible biotechnology partner, the diversification of the service portfolio, the enhancement of expertise in innovative molecules, particularly in actively developed ADC conjugates, and the expansion into markets such as Asia and the U.S.

Impact on Antibody Drug Conjugates Market

The global antibody drug conjugates market size is calculated at USD 12.69 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow from USD 14.09 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 34.80 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 10.61% from 2026 to 2035.

According to precedence research, the growing investment in research and development activities is driving the growth of the antibody drug conjugates market. Antibody drug conjugates have minimal side effects; this factor makes them an ideal cancer treatment. In addition, antibody-drug conjugates provide a combination of conventional and advanced therapies that assure effective outcomes; this factor highlights the importance of antibody-drug conjugates worldwide.

This collaboration is positively impacting the antibody drug conjugates market. Establishing strategic cooperation with KriSan Biotech represents a significant milestone in reinforcing Mabion’s stance in the global market for advanced therapies, particularly as the ADC segment is experiencing substantial growth. By merging KriSan’s unique proficiency in linkers and complex small molecules with Mabion’s scientific expertise and advanced cGxP-compliant manufacturing and analytical capabilities, a highly differentiated and integrated offering is created for discerning pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, as stated by Gregor Kawaletz, Chief Executive Officer of Mabion.

Impact on Biologics Market

The global biologics market was calculated at USD 487 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow from USD 534.30 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 1243.80 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 9.83% from 2026 to 2035.

According to precedence research, research and development activities in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries are paving the way for the discovery and development of a new and innovative range of therapeutic options for numerous medical conditions that contain a wide range of biologics. Biologics can be developed to target specific molecular pathways and receptors, making them more precise and personalized in their therapeutic approach.
This collaboration will significantly boost company’s commercial outreach to global pharma clients, ultimately fast-tracking the journey of next-generation therapies to the patients who are waiting for them.

The future of biologics will be constructed at the intersection of innovation, quality, and market access. Asia provides speed; Poland offers quality. Mabion connects these two regions. Thus, our presence today signifies our commitment to collaboratively build the future of biologics, adds Gregor Kawaletz.
