Expanding Access to Affordable GLP-1 Treatments

With the rising cost of healthcare, there's an increasing need for affordable, easily accessible weight management treatments, which is why Ozari Health is introducing its program nationwide. It simplifies a cumbersome and confusing process, clarifies cost for the patient, facilitates online appointment schedules, and assists in the process of sourcing trusted compounded drug providers.

Lucy, Co-Founder of Ozari Health, said, “The process of figuring out on their own, that's because the people we love had to go months and months of watching them, weeks and weeks of researching, talking about pharmacies, comparing prices, trying to figure out what would be legitimate and safe, it was really difficult.

According to Precedence Research, the U.S. compounding pharmacies Market size was calculated at USD 6.45 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 6.82 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 11.52 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 5.97% from 2026 to 2035, driven by the growing trend of patient preference for customised dosage of drugs, and cost-effective drug alternatives.

Industry Impact and Outlook

The launch comes as the telehealth and compounding pharmacy environment evolves towards focusing on a digital healthcare environment, with increased affordability and accessibility. Patient expectations are shifting, especially concerning convenience, transparency, and affordability of therapy, as compounded GLP-1 therapies become more popular, especially for weight management and chronic health management.

Firms that offer transparency on pricing, have established proven relationships with pharmacies nationwide, and have a digital prescription platform will likely play a leading role in increasing treatment access across the country, as the demand for GLP-1s continues to rise.
