PUDU ET1, an AI-native compact scrubber-dryer robot purposefully engineered for small commercial spaces ranging from 100 to 800 square meters.

Pudu Robotics, a worldwide leader in commercial robotics solutions, launched PUDU ET1, an AI-driven Compact Scrubber-Dryer Robot intended for small commercial spaces. As the first product in the novel PUDU E Series, ET1 is built for cleaning areas of 100 to 800 square meters, involving convenience stores, drugstores, chain restaurants, business and economy hotels, and workplace spaces. With a compact body, commercial-grade cleaning performance, and full-process automation, ET1 brings developed robotic cleaning to high-frequency, space-constrained environments, marking a novel step in AI-based cleaning for small commercial spaces.

A New Standard for Compact Commercial Cleaning

As cleaning automation increases from large facilities to smaller commercial locations, businesses need robots that navigate tight spaces without compromising performance or autonomy. Large robots are difficult to deploy in compact stores, while smaller machines often need more manual intervention. PUDU ET1 addresses this gap by increasing compact mobility with commercial-grade cleaning and entire-process automation for small-format industries.

Powerful Cleaning in One Pass

ET1 integrates scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dust-mopping in one robot. Its front-sweep, rear-scrub structure handles dry debris and wet stains in a single pass, supporting stores enhances cleaning effectiveness without repeated physical work.

For deeper stain removal, ET1 integrates a scrubbing roller speed of up to 800 rpm with 20 kPa suction to eliminate grease, footprints, and stubborn stains while effectively recovering dirt and wastewater. For sticky stains usually found in convenience stores, restaurants, and retail spaces, ET1 supports 85°C hot scrubbing, with hot water delivered by the docking station and maintained by the robot throughout operation.

ET1 features real-time roller mop self-cleaning, continuously refreshing the roller to lower dirt buildup and prevent secondary adulteration. Its streak-free cleaning design rapidly recovers dirty water, leaving floors dry with negligible residual moisture and supporting lower slip risks in customer-facing spaces.

Automation That Extends Beyond Cleaning

ET1 is paired with a fully automated 8-in-1 docking station, covering automatic charging, clean water refilling, wastewater drainage, detergent dispensing, roller mop rinsing, squeegee rinsing, roller spin-drying, and water heating. After each task, ET1 mechanically returns to the station to complete a self-cleaning cycle, lowering daily physical intervention for store teams.

ET1 features auto dust collection, transferring dust, hair, and debris after cleaning tasks to further lower routine upkeep. This end-to-end mechanization allows small commercial spaces to shift beyond robot-assisted cleaning toward a more hands-free working model.

AI Magic Cleaning for Adaptive Operations

ET1 continues PUDU Cleaning's AI-native expertise roadmap with AI Magic Cleaning, incorporating perception, motion control, and cleaning technology into a unified intelligent workflow. It helps with autonomous mapping, automatic stain recognition, cleaning heatmaps, and AI-based adaptive cleaning, continuously optimizing every task based on real-time floor situations.

With AI floor surface and stain recognition, ET1 identifies carpet edges and lifts the scrubbing roller to keep carpets dry, or lifts the sweeping brush and side brush over liquid spills to avoid spreading mess and secondary contamination. For stubborn stains, AI-driven Scrubbing automatically reduces cruise speed, increases roller speed, and improves water results of deeper cleaning.

Built for Easy Deployment and Chain-Scale Use

  • For chain brands, ET1 is intended for simple deployment, operation, and maintenance.
  • With Auto Mapping and One-click Start, store squads can begin cleaning without complex setup or physical mapping, reducing deployment challenges and allowing rapid in-store demonstrations.
  • The robot features intuitive operating technology with intended modes for managers and daily operators, built-in guidance, and proactive maintenance reminders.
  • Its modular cleaning components are intended for rapid removal and washing, supporting teams in maintaining the robot more simply while lowering long-term operating expenses.

Built for Narrow Aisles and Busy Stores

Built for real-world small business surroundings, ET1 navigates spaces with a lessen clearance of 50 cm in width and 60 cm in height, enabling it to shift via narrow aisles, shelf gaps, and low-clearance regions in convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants. It operates during business hours while lowering disruption to customers and staff, making all-day cleaning more practical in dynamic commercial regions.

More Than a Cleaner

For retail scenarios, ET1 is equipped with an optional 21.5-inch advertising display, allowing stores to show promotions, product campaigns, and brand content. With cloud-driven content organization and customizable body wraps, the robot serves as a mobile in-store marketing touchpoint, making additional value beyond scrubbing.

According to Towards Healthcare, the Medical Washers & Disinfectors Market is projected to grow significantly, with estimates indicating the market size will increase from USD 1.20 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 1.69 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 3.94% from 2026 to 2035. Washer disinfectors improve infection control by supplying consistent disinfection output, which removes human variability from the cleaning process. These processes lessen contamination risks by containing the whole cleaning process in a closed chamber. Staff are no longer required to handle soiled items widely, reducing exposure to highly infectious materials. The automated nature of the technology avoids cross-contamination between various items or patient areas. It confirms repeatable cleaning output, reducing human error, and improves staff safety by lowering direct contact with contaminated devices. Automated washers enhance productivity by handling large device loads effectively. Healthcare washer disinfector is highlights its significance in modern infection control practices. By integrating automated cleaning, efficient washer-disinfector action, and validated thermal disinfection, a washer-disinfector confirms that healthcare instruments are clean, safe, and ready for sterilization.

Medical Washers & Disinfectors Market Trends and Growth (2026)
