In September 2026, Userlytics introduced Study Pulse and various AI features such as on-demand AI Chart Summaries, multilingual AI Transcript Translations, and instant Quant Reporting. Study Pulse is a next-generation tool that has been developed to enable comprehensive real-time visibility for research departments in every phase of their workflows. Various AI features were also launched, which offer useful analytics quickly while keeping manual verification at the center of operations.

AI is being increasingly used in software development, which has shortened the timelines for building applications. This has resulted in an increase in the burden on user testing teams to keep up with the pace of development. The tools and features launched by Userlytics allow teams to quickly assess application interfaces, along with AI agent responses, without compromising visibility and analytics.

Study Pulse provides a comprehensive interface by bringing together the research environment, recruitment, and analytics. Some of the important features of this tool include:

  • Live Status Tracking: It offers proactive recruitment and progress information and provides insights as soon as enough participant data is collected.
  • Automated Chronological Timeline: It automates the process of logging research operations, such as task completion and data analysis progress information. It also provides suggestions about ideal future process steps to be undertaken after each checkpoint.
  • No Setup Requirement: There is no significant upfront setup requirement in almost any type of research.

The AI capabilities launched by the company include:

  • AI Chart Summaries: This tool is present in the Metrics section, and it generates various context-specific parameter values for various metrics such as System Usability Scale (SUS), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and open-ended text boxes.
  • AI Transcript Translations: This tool is fully integrated into the video player, and it provides consistent, changeable translations in 15 languages, some of which include Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
  • Quant Reporting: This tool transforms a fully completed research project into a professional report. It follows an asynchronous approach, which allows the scientists to keep working on their research while this tool works on the data already produced from the work.

Impact on the AI Industry

According to Precedence Research, this launch is expected to boost various research workflows as AI tools automate many repetitive and non-logical operations, allowing the researchers to dedicate more time and resources to driving innovation. It might encourage many research teams to form their own company rather than just providing technical services. This might result in a rise in fragmentation in the research publication sector, as small enterprises that only have the technical expertise would be able to establish their own firms. Dedicated AI models for research data processing do not have many prominent players currently, and if these tools provide positive results in the early phases of their launch, the company could get a significant segment share.

Impact on the Cloud Computing Market

The global cloud computing market size was estimated at USD 912.77 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 1,106.28 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 5,946.84 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 20.61% from 2026 to 2035.

According to Precedence Research, this launch will increase the amount of data that digital systems need to store to enable efficient performance in providing analytics, summaries, translations, and compiling professional reports. Cloud infrastructure provides the ability to store and process a large amount of data, and it might gain more clients with the growing adoption of advanced digital technologies. The private and hybrid cloud setups might see the most growth in demand as they ensure ample privacy for proprietary research data.

Impact on the Cybersecurity Market

The global cybersecurity market size was valued at USD 301.91 billion in 2025, calculated at USD 339.96 billion in 2026, and is expected to reach around USD 969.45 billion by 2035. The market is expanding at a solid CAGR of 12.37% over the forecast period 2026 to 2035.

According to Precedence Research, this development is expected to increase the demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions as research teams need to trust that their vital data will not be leaked to unwanted sources. This might increase the demand for the development of encrypted channels to send and receive data from company servers and cloud infrastructure. It might result in a rise in partnerships between research firms and cybersecurity providers, as they also need the technical expertise to seamlessly integrate the solutions into their systems, along with the product itself.

Expert Opinion

According to Mauri Torra, Vice President of Product at Userlytics, UX researchers and designers need to invest a lot of time to check recruitment, workflows, and results. Study Pulse provides a centralized platform for all this information and helps research teams to optimize their performance in every phase of their operations.
