In September 2026, the Comoto Family of Brands, such as RevZilla, Cycle Gear, J&P Cycles, and REVER, will once again engage the motorcycle community to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) with its annual Ride for Kids Bike Meet & Charity Drive on Sunday, September 13. As part of Comoto Cares, 10% of all in-store and online sales on that day will go to PBTF, with a maximum donation of up to $100,000.

Additionally, Comoto stores nationwide will host Ride for Kids Bike Meets from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering riders an afternoon of community, motorcycles, and fundraising to support children and families affected by pediatric brain tumors. This September giving day expands on Comoto's broader 2026 Ride for Kids initiatives, including REVER's annual Million Mile Challenge. Launched on July 1, the challenge encourages riders to track their miles via the REVER app, turning those miles into support for PBTF to reach 1 million miles to unlock an extra $30,000 donation sponsored by Alpinestars, Biltwell, Cardo, and Pirelli. The challenge runs through September 13, providing the motorcycle community with a season-long opportunity to make every ride count.

Impact on the Healthcare Market

The Ride for Kids Bike Meets around the country will give riders an opportunity to connect with fellow motorcyclists while supporting a cause that has deep roots in the powersports community. Events will take place at participating Cycle Gear stores, as well as select J&P Cycles locations and RevZilla showrooms.

Comoto has supported the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation through Ride for Kids since 2021, while REVER's partnership with the organization dates back to 2019. The continued collaboration reflects the longstanding relationship between the motorcycle community and PBTF, with Ride for Kids recognized as the country's longest-running national motorcycle charity program.

Impact on the Cognitive Assessment and Brain Health Market

The global cognitive assessment and brain health market size accounted for USD 9.40 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 10.51 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 28.69 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 11.80% from 2026 to 2035.

According to Precedence Research, cognitive assessment solutions using smartwatches and smartphones are pushing the frontier of brain health monitoring by enabling continuous evaluation of cognitive and functional status in real-world environments through frequent, ecologically relevant digital measurements. Neuromodulation technologies are being integrated into next-generation cognitive assessment platforms to assess brain plasticity and reactivity, offering a more granular view into neural resilience and system-level cognition.

Rising neurological disorders and mental health awareness are also helping to boost demand for cognitive assessments. Healthcare providers all over the world are increasingly adopting AI-based systems to help enhance diagnostic accuracy, enable earlier detection, and personalize treatment. Growing awareness of brain health among consumers and clinicians across care settings is further accelerating market growth.

Impact on the Brain Health Supplements Market

The global brain health supplements market size accounted for USD 12.56 billion in 2025 and is expected to reach around USD 35.02 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 10.80% from 2026 to 2035.

According to Precedence Research, the global brain health supplements market is expected to witness significant growth during the forecast period owing to the rising awareness about neurological disorders across the globe. The improvement in the nutrition industry is another major factor supporting the growth of the brain health supplements market. However, the severe side effects of brain health supplements are prone to hamper market development. Increasing awareness about mental illness across the globe is expected to fuel the growth of the brain health supplements market. The impactful outcomes of brain health supplements have raised the demand in urban areas.

The growing prevalence of stress, anxiety, depression, and other health conditions has further elevated the start-up growth. With the growing demand for personalized and plant-based supplements for Gen Z and millennials, the tech-based start-ups seem to be running quite profitably. The industry growth is also rapidly skyrocketing based on the younger population's demand and mental health awareness programs. Alongside, the e-commerce and digitization sector gets a huge platform to perform its pricing strategies and promote personalized solutions.
