A leading marketer, Epson has unveiled the Workforce Enterprise AM-C10000, a flagship A3 color line inkjet multifunction printer. It is specially designed for high-end office environments to fulfill high print-volume requirements. The model expands Epson’s AM product family and integrates the same user interface and access to the same solutions. It further ensures uniform user experiences across the entire range and drives the demand for inkjet printers while surpassing the demand for conventional laser printers in the market.

According to Precedence Research, the managed print services market size accounted for USD 49.80 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 53.98 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 111.56 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 8.40% from 2026 to 2035 due to the expanding digitalization, sustainability targets to minimize paper waste, and increasing adoption of IoT-driven printers for automation and increased efficiency.

The technology presented by Epson is Heat-Free line inkjet technology, which mitigates the need for heat in the print process, which lowers energy use, minimizes waste, and using fewer consumable parts as compared to laser printers. This launch will be helpful for organizational unplanned service interventions and cut power consumption. The device holds a feature like higher speed and increased scanning capacity. It offers print speeds of 100 pages per minute in both simplex and duplex with scan speeds up to 120 images per minute, along with other significant features that reduce energy consumption. According to sources, the AM-C10000 has a low ‘Typical Energy Consumption’ value of 0.30 kWh and reduces energy use by up to 93% as compared to laser printers in the same segment.

A recent report by Precedence Research highlights that the managed print services market is benefiting from the increasing adoption of hybrid work models, complex IT environments, and the increasing use of IoT and predictive analytics to reduce downtime.
