Everrati and Aria Group Unveil Cost-Effective B2B EV Platform to Accelerate Low-Volume Electrification at CES 2026
Everrati and Aria Group made a great step in the redesign of the EV market by introducing a new business-to-business (B2B) EV platform at CES 2026. The solution, developed jointly with manufacturers, specifically targets priced-out manufacturers of low-volume original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), specialty vehicle builders, heritage automotive brands, and defense and off-road market operators. The new platform aims at providing a viable solution to long-standing cost, risk, and complexity challenges. This presents a practical bridge between ambition and execution in the evolving EV market.

It combines the modular electric powertrain technology developed by Everrati with the OEM specification and the lightweight composite chassis architecture developed by Aria Group. The Everrati-Aria collaboration can be interpreted as a more significant trend of ecosystem-based innovation in the EV sector. Technology providers no longer want to compete separately, as they are matching complementary advantages and providing combined solutions.
This model not only helps with fastening development schedules but also enables relatively small players to compete better in an industry that has niche players with deep pockets. Additionally, with a plausible, commercial-developed alternative to custom development, Everrati and Aria Group are poised to be at the top of this next wave of electrification.
Executives’ Statements
Justin Lunny, CEO of Everrati, highlighted the strategic intent behind the collaboration, stating, “This platform is about removing the structural barriers that have made low-volume electrification slow, expensive, and risky. By pairing a proven electric powertrain with a highly adaptable composite chassis, we are giving manufacturers a credible and scalable route to electrification without the usual financial burden. Our goal is to democratize access to high-quality EV technology.”
Clive Hawkins, CEO of Aria Group Inc., emphasized the practical value of the joint solution, saying, “Our customers consistently struggle to balance packaging, performance, cost, and regulatory compliance. This partnership brings together two complementary technologies to solve that problem in a commercially viable way. We see this platform as a foundation that enables innovation rather than constraining it.”
