Jittery Joes Coffee Collaborated with Creative Consultant Peter Dale to Launch Kokoro Matcha Latte
The Athens-based purveyor, Jittery Joe’s Coffee, which has grown into one of the south-east’s highly respected specialty small-batch coffee roasters and is also called its collaborations and partnerships, has introduced its latest release called an instant Kokoro Matcha Latte for home consumption. It is done in collaboration with Peter Dale, who is the creative force behind Athens-based brands Condor chocolates, Maypole, and 5&10.

According to Precedence Research, the Oat milk market size accounted for USD 5.90 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 6.59 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 17.99 billion by 2035 expanding at a CAGR of 11.80% from 2026 to 2035 due to the increasing consumer demand for plant-based, dairy-free options due to lactose intolerance and rapid adoption of veganism.
Kokoro Matcha Latte is packaged in a unique and highly customized can that is combined with the finest ingredients from Ishikawa Ceremonial Matcha with powdered oat milk along with organic coconut milk powder which is sweetened slightly with sugar. This mix is dairy free but creamy from the coconut and oat milk. Jittery joe has a long history of sourcing and roasting the higher-quality green coffee beans that are directly traded relationship and Peter's culinary expertise.
