Facilitating AI-Driven Voice Interactions

This solution will allow developers to link text-based AI systems and phone conversations using an interface. The voice relay will facilitate AI agents to manage the entire interaction flow of the phone call. This will include speech recognition, voice synthesis and interruption handling. This technology will facilitate AI agents to listen and respond accordingly. The voice relay will facilitate the connection of voice communication networks, large language models and conversational AI systems. This feature will make it possible to convert the speech of the caller into text and use AI technology to automate the handling of the phone call.

The global AI speech to text tool market size was calculated at USD 3.30 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 3.87 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 16.42 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 17.41% from 2026 to 2035 as the demand grows for accurate voice recognition and transcription services in customer service, healthcare, media and business applications.

Expanding the Role of Speech-to-Text AI

This solution uses speech-to-text technology to interpret the spoken word and convert it to structured data that AI systems can immediately analyze and act on. This launch marks the growing pace of the AI speech-to-text market as various companies seek to integrate automatic speech recognition(ASR), natural language processing and real-time voice synthesis into their solutions. This technology has become essential in the development of virtual assistants, transcription and AI-powered customer support solutions. The growing adoption of this solution in the enterprise sector is set to enhance the role of speech-to-text technology as it evolves beyond the basic transcription of the spoken word to the development of fully interactive AI voice ecosystems.

A recent report by Precedence Research highlights that the AI speech to text tool market is benefiting from advancements in deep learning technology, voice-enabled devices and the expansion of cloud-based AI services.
