Ultraviolette Automotive has made history with the introduction of the X-47 Crossover, as it has become the first manufacturer to launch a motorcycle in the world with an in-built radar system. The X-47 is still an introductory model, priced at Rupees 2.49 lakh. Combining the groundbreaking technological safety of the rider with the latest state-of-the-art performance, this futuristic model adds long-range electric mobility to the pack. Ultraviolette has reinvented the future of motorcycles by combining the best of both automotive and high-end two-wheeler technology and engineering, showcasing what consumers can expect from the future of two-wheelers.

The X-47 features a 77 GHz long-range radar with two cameras, which makes the proprietary UV HyperSense Advanced Rider Assistance System (ARAS) its most notable feature. This system provides services such as blind-spot identification, lane-change alerts, rear collision alerts, and overtake alerts. These were previously only available on expensive vehicles, and not on motorcycles. It is through this innovation that Ultraviolette positions itself as a leader in electric mobility and addresses one of the largest issues in two-wheeler commuting: rider safety.
To supplement its radar, Ultraviolette has also invested heavily in the surrounding components of the X-47, focusing on the highest quality safety and handling parts. The riders will enjoy the Brembo braking systems, along with the most recent Bosch 10th-generation dual-channel ABS. These three degrees of traction control will provide a better grip in different road conditions. Such a combination of sophistication and electronic rider aids makes the X-47 not only a performance machine but also a reliable companion on both everyday rides and adventures.
Ultraviolette has made ambitious expansion strategies. The brand has already penetrated 10 European markets and is intending to expand to 40 countries globally in the coming few years. Ultraviolette is also considering an initial public offering (IPO) between FY27- FY28 as a strategy to support its vision. It has a solid roadmap for its product development and can compete on the global scene with established two-wheeler manufacturers. Furthermore, with its innovative technology and aggressive market penetration, Ultraviolette sets new standards in the market and the field of electric mobility worldwide.
