Autel Energy has expanded its EV charging offering with the introduction of an entirely refined liquid-cooled high-power charging system and an integrated smart energy ecosystem designed for commercial, fleet, and large-scale infrastructure operators. The MaxiCharger DS600L Liquid-Cooled System is a significant technological advancement that delivers ultra-fast, megawatt charging with enhanced thermal regulation, smart power distribution, and the flexibility to support a range of vehicle requirements. Furthermore, as the global community's need for efficient heavy-duty and depot-based charging grows, Autel is marketing this solution as a high-reliability backbone for next-generation electrification.

EV Charging and Energy Storage Systems

The DS600L proposes a novel design with liquid-cooled power modules that can deliver up to 3 MW per cluster of cabinets. This overcomes the limitations of high-power charging: sustained output without performance being negatively affected by heat. The system is compatible with both the current CCS standard and the new MCS standard. Further, allowing operators to use megawatt charging for electric trucks and to be backward-compatible with existing fleets. Its dispenser and terminal system is modular, enabling it to be installed in depots, commercial hubs, and large fleet yards in a customized way.

Autel is also placing strong emphasis on interoperability, which is a major challenge for operators integrating chargers from different vendors. The new charging ecosystem supports multi-protocol communication, advanced OCPP compatibility, and the precise backend controls necessary. These features, along with Autel's liquid-cooled technology, will ensure long-term efficiency and lower operating expenses than those of other air-cooled systems. Additionally, as fleet electrification accelerates in Europe, North America, and Asia, turnkey charging ecosystems are increasingly in demand to ease deployment, reduce grid load, and provide long-term flexibility for operators.

Another area of focus is cybersecurity, where the company implemented multi-layer encryption and continuous network monitoring to ensure data integrity at charging points. Autel's vertically integrated model makes it a significant player in the fast-changing EVSE market. The new portfolio will not only improve operational speed but also enhance energy security, as charging can be decentralized and powered by renewable energy.
