CrowdStrike Expands AI Security Partnerships With Anthropic and OpenAI
In September 2026, CrowdStrike expanded its partnerships with Anthropic and OpenAI and named Sekuro its International Partner of the Year. The moves deepen CrowdStrike's push to tie its Falcon security platform more closely to the fast-growing market for artificial intelligence tools. Falcon will be available through Anthropic's Claude Marketplace, allowing Anthropic customers to buy the platform using part of their existing Anthropic commitments. An expanded relationship with OpenAI will extend CrowdStrike security tools to Codex agents and bring OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Cyber into the Falcon platform.
Alongside the ecosystem updates, CrowdStrike also additionally published its annual customer and partner awards, naming Sekuro International Partner of the Year. Other partner winners included NVIDIA as Global Partner of the Year, Amazon Web Services as Global AI Partner of the Year, and Zscaler as Global Technology Alliance Partner of the Year.
Customer award recipients included Anthropic, MondelÄz International, Providence Health and Services, Salesforce, and United Airlines. CrowdStrike also named its first group of Circle of Excellence winners for net-new customer growth across its reseller and distribution network: Carahsoft, CDW, Kroll, Otsuka Corporation, and Softcat.
The partner and customer awards offered a snapshot of the alliances CrowdStrike is leaning on as competition intensifies around AI-related cybersecurity products. Recognition for Sekuro is likely to carry particular weight in international markets, while the inclusion of companies such as NVIDIA, Amazon Web Services, and Anthropic underlines how closely cybersecurity vendors are tying their strategies to large AI and cloud groups.
Impact on the AI Market
The expanded partnership with OpenAI centers on two key areas: monitoring AI agent behavior during operation, and integrating OpenAI's cybersecurity model into CrowdStrike's platform and services. Falcon Guardian, CrowdStrike's AI detection and response tool, will identify supported Codex agents throughout an organization, monitor their activities, and enforce restrictions on their actions.
This aims to enable organizations to detect compromised or unauthorized activities early, preventing their spread across endpoints, SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and browsers. On the model development side, GPT-5.6 Cyber will be initially deployed via CrowdStrike's Frontier AI Readiness and Resilience service. This model will also be integrated with threat intelligence, exploit validation, threat modeling, and workflow processes in order to evaluate risks more smoothly and prioritize remediation efforts.
Impact on the Agentic AI in Enterprise Operations Market
The global agentic AI in enterprise operations market is driven by the rise of AI-powered agents that adapt, learn, and act within enterprise ecosystems. The market is experiencing significant growth, led by rapid digital transformation, increasing demand for autonomous decision-making for business activities, and increasing integration of AI with enterprise software.
According to Precedence Research, connectivity and compatibility with ERPs, CRMs, and Supply Chain Management systems are important accelerants for the adoption of AI tools in enterprises, especially when the tool works natively on the enterprise information systems that exist, so the enterprise can realize value quickly. Organizations all over the world are under pressure to reduce costs, reduce mistakes in processes, and improve return on investment. Agentic AI automates repetitive, resource-consuming tasks with greater accuracy and intelligence that improve efficiencies and free up employees to do the strategic portions of their jobs.
The agentic AI in the enterprise operations market is further being driven by the shift to hyper-personalization at scale. Unlike legacy automation approaches, agentic AI can learn user preferences dynamically, autonomously reconfigure workflows, and respond contextually across various enterprise functions. The growth of agentic AI is, to a certain extent, tied to the growing demand for organizations to make autonomous decisions. Agentic AI offers organizations the potential for lower manual intervention in tasks, contributory workflows, and acquisition agility in open environments.
Impact on the Cloud Infrastructure Services Market
The global cloud infrastructure services market size accounted for USD 166.51 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 194.82 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 766.57 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 16.50 % from 2026 to 2035.
According to Precedence Research, the market is driven by growing adoption of artificial intelligence, increasing demand for scalable computing, and rising enterprise digital transformation. Cloud providers invest heavily in security measures and compliance certifications. This enhances data protection, access control, and regulatory compliance, addressing concerns related to the security of sensitive information and ensuring adherence to industry-specific regulations.
The expanding landscape of edge computing is also helping to create significant opportunities for the cloud infrastructure services market. As edge computing gains prominence, there is a growing need for decentralized infrastructure that brings computational power closer to data sources. Cloud infrastructure services can capitalize on this trend by developing solutions tailored to edge environments. Offering scalable and flexible resources for processing data at the edge allows businesses to optimize performance, reduce latency, and enhance overall efficiency. Cloud providers that strategically position themselves to meet the demands of edge computing scenarios can unlock new revenue streams and cater to industries requiring real-time data processing capabilities.
Expert Opinion
"Securing the agentic era means controlling the AI agents organizations depend on, and harnessing frontier AI to assess and act on risk at machine speed," said Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike. "Together with OpenAI, we're doing both. Secure AI is the foundation for everything AI can do for the world."
