The MAZDA CX-6e is the newest battery electric vehicle introduced by Mazda Motor Corporation. It is an important part of its overall electrification plan throughout the world. The electric crossover SUV debuted at the Brussels Motor Show in Belgium and will enter the market in the summer later in the year. Through this introduction, Mazda confirms its intentions of extending its battery electric vehicle (BEV) offerings outside of the early adopters and into major global markets.

The MAZDA CX-6e is based on the success of the MAZDA EZ-60, which was first unveiled at the Shanghai Motor Show. Being the second model in the Mazda joint venture BEV, CX-6e displays a well-thought-out combination of the Mazda design philosophy and driving DNA. Along with the efficient use of electrification and smart technologies that were created in cooperation with Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., the partnership will enable Mazda to develop EVs faster and maintain the brand with its distinctive identity, providing customers with a luxurious and emotionally charged electric mobility experience.

The MAZDA CX-6e design is based on the Mazda design concept, which is FUTURE + SOUL x MODERN. The exterior is a mix of clean and sculptural lines with a high level of motion since Mazda believes that even electric cars have to be emotional and crafted. The MAZDA CX-6e features a driver-centric design developed based on the philosophy of "Jinba-ittai" or the unity between car and driver. The interior design is focused on simplicity, high quality of the materials, and user-friendly control. This provides a relaxed and sleek atmosphere and maximizes the levels of comfort and focus.

The MAZDA CX-6e has technology at the heart of it, and there is an extensive range of smart systems that will make the car safer, comfortable, and connected. The performance of the Mazda 6e in Europe proves that Mazda has confidence in its electric strategy.

The mid-size electric sedan has already sold over 7,000 units since its launch last September. This proves an increased acceptance of BEVs by consumers of Mazda products. Furthermore, the launch of the MAZDA CX-6e is not only the launch of a new model, but it is also the vision of sustainable mobility that Mazda sees as highly human-centered.
