A leading innovator of smartphone SoCs worldwide, MediaTek has revealed a mobile platform named MediaTek Dimensity 9500, showcasing a paradigm of high-class AI experiences on devices like smartphones. The platform is developed to supercharge the upcoming wave of flagship 5G smartphones.  The MediaTek Dimensity is equipped with all big core CPU designs along with a 4.21GHz ultra core, three premium cores, four performance cores integrated with four-lane UFS 4.1 storage. The 9500 offers 30% more efficiency in power while performing various tasks at the same time as games and social media audio call applications.

The Dimensity 9500 is an innovative first-ever solution that supports an integrated compute-in-memory architecture built for its superefficient NPU, which remarkably minimizes power consumption and allows AI models to perform continuously. In addition to this, the platform has the ability to connect with Bluetooth for call enhancement, wi-fi fast transfer, and multi-network intelligence for uninterrupted calls and data transmission. AI positioning and network selection technologies provide 20% more precision and lower network latency by up to 50% using AI congestion prediction capability.

Also, features like RAW-domain preprocessing with a new portrait engine to offer cinematic 4K portrait video ensure a clear viewing experience even in high brightness cases without heating excessively during prolonged use, and maintain clarity even in dark environments by dynamically adjusting contrast and color saturation based on ambient lighting, panel properties, and with real-time content analysis.
