On the other hand, Emitac Healthcare Solutions is renowned as a top distributor of advanced medical and laboratory technologies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pan-Africa, and Oman.

Overture Life aims to bring the DaVitri automated IVF laboratory platform to fertility clinics across the country

The UAE launch aims to establish the company’s footprint in the Middle East. It reinforces the rapid global expansion of automated embryology across the highest number of fertility markets in the World. The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) cleared DaVitri, with regulatory work in Oman and Saudi Arabia.

This launch also holds clearances across Europe, the U.S., the UAE, and South America. Due to this, DaVitri has become the most widely authorized automated IVF platform in the world. The company introduced automated vitrification through a microfluidic, regulated system.

According to Precedence Research, the fertility market size was calculated at USD 39.27 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 42.37 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 92.60 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 8.96% from 2026 to 2035, due to technological advancements in reproductive medicine, delayed family planning, rising global infertility rates, and growing corporate healthcare benefits. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the various social, biological, and economic shifts are boosting the dependency on assisted reproductive technology (ART).

Industry Impact and Market Outlook

The fertility market is dominated by high private equity investments and advanced genetic testing. The top companies driving this industry are categorized into pharmaceutical/laboratory equipment manufacturers, clinical provider networks, and benefits management. Clinical provider networks are dominated by acquiring localized clinics to offer egg-freezing protocols and standardized IVF protocols. They include IVI-RMA Global, CCRM Fertility, Inception Fertility/Prelude, Virtus Health & Monash IVF Group, and Indira IVF. The core product offerings focus on the expansion of integrated employer-sponsored fertility benefit programs and AI integration for embryo selection and protocol personalization. The R&D investments from government bodies and top private entities strongly target microfluidics, IVF automation, AI-driven diagnostics, and non-invasive genetic testing.
