Penske Unveils AI-Powered Supply Chain Insight Platform to Tackle Fragmented Logistics Operations
Penske Logistics has launched its new Supply Chain Insight (SCI) platform, an AI-driven technology platform. The platform is designed to deliver real-time visibility across transportation and warehousing operations. The platform, used both on a desktop and a mobile platform, assists supply chain leaders in navigating the growing complexity of operations and cost pressures.
This introduction coincides with increasing pressures on logistics networks generated by increasing fuel prices and unremitting financial uncertainty. SCI is designed to address this fragmentation and harmonize operational data on a single, centralized platform.

A Unified Intelligence Layer for Real-Time Decision Making
Supply chain Insight centralizes around a cloud-native design that has been architecturally designed to integrate with the enterprise logistics systems. The platform unites data from transportation systems, warehouses, and third-party partners into a single data layer.
According to Jeff Jackson, the President of Penske Logistics, the platform is created to create speed of supply chain operations by enabling a single set of eyes into the intricate operations. He further stated that SCI brings together data that would otherwise be almost all over in systems and makes the organizations better understand and more effectively act upon their knowledge of its logistics networks.
According to Precedence Research, the Shipping Software Market size was calculated at USD 7.40 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 8.35 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 25.55 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 13.19% from 2026 to 2035. The market growth is attributed to increasing digitalization of global maritime trade, rising demand for real-time visibility, and regulatory push for automated shipping operations.
Expanding AI Adoption Across Logistics and Enterprise Operations
The introduction of SCI is an indicator of a larger process of speeding up the introduction of AI in various industries. Artificial intelligence is increasingly being used by businesses to achieve improved efficiency and better optimization of business processes in real-time. Conventional systems tend to give an insufficient view or perish, and the organizations need to work with half-baked sources of data that constrain the effectiveness of an operation.
This flexibility has been built into SCI, and it allows users to tailor dashboards, performance thresholds, and the insights that they need to see based on their specific business requirements. This is because it will make sure that the platform is capable of adjusting to varying models of operation and still maintains performance and reliability. Furthermore, Penske will proceed to improve the platform by adding more integrations and more sophisticated AI features.
