In July 2026, Radisson Hotel Group partnered up with Accenture to launch an AI-powered hotel discovery application on ChatGPT, allowing travelers to search, compare, and plan stays through natural language conversations. The application enables users to discover hotels across more than 1,000 properties in over 100 countries. It provides real-time room availability, rates, hotel amenities, location details, and maps before directing users to the Radisson Hotels website to complete their booking process.

This launch is part of Radisson Hotel Group’s strategy to expand AI-driven customer engagement as travelers increasingly use generative AI platforms to research and plan trips. Citing Accenture’s Consumer Pulse Research, the companies said 87% of travelers are open to using an AI-powered travel agent to find accommodation, while 71% expect AI to influence at least half of their spending on hotels or airlines over the next 12 months.

According to the companies, the application was developed using Accenture’s AI Merchant Center and integrates directly with Radisson Hotel Group’s existing booking systems to provide real-time hotel information. Future updates are expected to add capabilities such as personalized recommendations, loyalty program integration, in-chat booking, and reservation management.

Impact on the AI Market

Artificial intelligence in the hospitality industry refers to the use of machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing to improve hotel pricing, marketing, guest communication, and operations. Hotels use AI to forecast demand, personalize offers, automate service interactions, and reduce operating costs.

Hotels all across the world are increasingly using AI across departments, with the most mature applications tied directly to revenue performance. Revenue management systems dynamically adjust pricing based on real-time demand signals, competitor rates, and booking pace. Instead of static rate rules, hotels increasingly rely on continuous optimization engines. In the marketing domain, AI personalizes email campaigns and website experiences based on behavioral data. Predictive targeting tools identify which travelers are most likely to convert and tailor offers accordingly.

Guest communication platforms are also now able to deploy AI-powered chatbots that handle reservation inquiries, FAQs, pre-arrival upsells, and review responses. Some travel companies report that AI resolves a significant share of customer interactions before human intervention. Operationally, AI is used to forecast staffing levels, optimize housekeeping schedules, and detect maintenance anomalies before failures occur. Energy management systems adjust HVAC and lighting based on occupancy patterns to reduce waste.

An increase in online gaming platforms offering various engaging features also contributes to market growth.

Artificial intelligence has changed the landscape of the casino hotel market. Integration of AI has enabled cashless gambling and advancements in gaming machines. With AI technologies, casino hotels can offer customers a more personalized experience, enhancing customer satisfaction. AI and Machine Learning technologies can analyze vast amounts of customer data to identify patterns and trends that can support market growth. These insights help make informed decisions, personalize experiences, and run targeted marketing campaigns. Industry and user data volumes are being discovered and streamlined into the CRM systems for more sources and channels than ever before. But humans cannot store them, at least not without adapting to machine learning and AI. By quickly automating main CRM procedures, service, sales, and marketing teams can free up their complete focus on the more insightful activities that match user demand and develop their overall experiences. This is because AI-connected CRM analytics can feasibly fix problems by managing a series of data from several sources, which includes internal systems, customer communication, product application, and third-party and external data, which reveals user insights that can otherwise stay unexplored.
