Taghleef Industries Introduces PVC-Free Graphics Film Series

In August 2026, Taghleef Industries launched a series of graphic films for visual communication, signage, and outdoor advertisements. It has been developed on a polypropylene (PP) platform that is free of PVC and chlorine. This introduction expands the company’s portfolio from packaging and labels to the graphics and display sector. This provides its users with a substrate that has similar performance to PVC without the harmful effects of plasticizers and chlorine.

This series involves printed films which have been developed for use in UV inkjet and latex wide-format printing. It also includes an extensive range of overlamination films that are available in gloss, matte, DL Soft Touch, anti-scratch, sandy, leather and canvas finishes. Printable and overlamination films are also available for users in bio-based and recycled feedstock variants, which display no performance degradation as compared to the core series.

This range of films is intended to be used for retail signage, wall graphics, exhibitions, event displays, and interior decoration. It is suitable for use in closed settings where the quality of print, finish durability, and the stability of size and shape are important. It can be used by converters who want to reduce their usage of PVC and brands who want prominent format substances with a controlled environmental impact.

Experts in the company reported that the polypropylene platform achieves up to 35 percent higher surface yield than the standard variants. It also offers consistent size and shape stability, excellent printability, and is compatible with wide-range pressure sensitive adhesive.
