In September 2026, SEON partnered up with Exist Software Labs to extend its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering tools to Exist's clients in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. The agreement covers customers in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, eCommerce and iGaming, sectors facing growing compliance demands as more transactions move online.

Under the partnership, Exist will offer SEON's platform to its clients, including tools for fraud detection, risk scoring, customer and payment screening, transaction monitoring, identity verification, case management and reporting. It will also handle integration work so customers can deploy the system within their existing technology environments.

The partnership is also a part of SEON's broader push in Asia-Pacific, where it has expanded its presence over the past year. The company operates from several global hubs, including Singapore. Exist, based in the Philippines, has spent more than two decades providing software development, cloud, data and enterprise technology services. The move comes as cybercrime and financial fraud remain a growing concern for companies and regulators across Asia. Interpol data cited by the companies showed illegal cyber activity accounted for about a third of all recorded crimes in some Asian countries, underscoring pressure on businesses to strengthen checks around digital payments and customer onboarding.

The combined offering will target organizations that are managing large volumes of digital onboarding, payments and compliance processes across Southeast Asia's financial and online commerce sectors.

Impact on the ICT Market

Through this partnership, Exist is able to provide its clients with SEON's comprehensive platform, which includes fraud detection and risk scoring, customer and payment screening, AML transaction monitoring, identity verification, case management, and reporting. Thanks to Exist's expertise in engineering and integration, clients can implement SEON into their existing systems seamlessly, without starting from scratch. This partnership benefits organizations in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, e-commerce, and iGaming, sectors where digital transactions, customer onboarding, and compliance demands are increasing.

The Philippines has emerged as one of Southeast Asia's rapidly expanding digital financial markets, drawing more activity from banks, payments companies, and e-commerce platforms. This growth has led to higher exposure to fraud risks and increased focus on compliance controls. For Exist, the partnership enhances its offerings with fraud prevention and anti-money laundering tools, complementing its core software engineering and systems integration services. For SEON, it grants access to client relationships across sectors with high volumes of digital transactions.
