Impact on the Chemicals Industry

According to Precedence Research, the launch of the new vertical specifically for digital printing chemicals by Vahh Chemicals is expected to positively impact the chemicals industry. This is because it improves the efficiency, pace, and consistency of textile production.

Digital workflows typically require just setting various parameters on an application and loading all the required raw materials to initiate the manufacturing process. Such modern machines can maintain a very high level of consistency over extended periods of time. It also helps to increase the pace of production as machinery can work for much longer hours than manual labor.

Impact on the Digital Textile Printing Market

The global digital textile printing market size is calculated at USD 3.89 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 4.45 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 14.13 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 13.77% from 2026 to 2035.

According to Precedence Research, the introduction of the new vertical for digital printing chemicals is expected to benefit the digital textile printing market due to the fact that it increases the adoption of digital technologies and equipment in the textile industry. It provides various advantages such as better pace and consistency in colors and design on a large amount of manufactured clothes. Digital workflow is much faster in producing clothes with intricate designs, as it just needs parameters and raw material to repeat the process with minimal process deviation over an entire batch.

Impact on the Textile Chemicals Market

The global textile chemicals market size accounted for USD 32.18 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 33.75 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 52.85 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 5.09% from 2026 to 2035.

According to Precedence Research, the launch of the new vertical by Vahh Chemicals dedicated to digital printing chemicals is expected to positively impact the textile chemicals market. This is because conventional textile printing involved mostly mechanical machinery, which could handle harsh chemical formulations, but a digital workflow would mean that there would be electronics and sensors spread across the production line.

These electronic devices can get damaged by constant exposure to harsh chemicals. Various chemical companies are actively investing in the development of more compliant formulations that can be safely used in such modern machinery. This is an important step as electronic devices used in such applications are expensive and replacing them frequently would cost a lot to the textile companies.
