A leading player, MintIQ, introduced operational software that lets companies go live with their warehouse, order, and production management in a day. The software is modular, and it can run the complete operation or target specific issues like inventory management, order pick-up, or inbound processing. Traditional business software can work on preset rules. A new customer agreement, a modified pick process, and additional product lines.

CEO and co-founder of MintIQ, Mr. Hylke Sluis, said, “The biggest problem isn't that the implementation takes a long time; the problem is that companies go through that same process again with every change. The world around you is changing all the time, but your software can't keep up."

According to Precedence Research, the multichannel order management market size accounted for USD 3.90 billion in 2025 and is predicted to increase from USD 4.40 billion in 2026 to approximately USD 13.01 billion by 2035, expanding at a CAGR of 12.80% from 2026 to 2035 due to the increasing demand for operational efficiency and automation for precise delivery and higher scalability.

MintIQ uses AI that can directly translate operational instructions into system configurations. A manager can specify premium orders that can be processed within two hours. However, exceptional hazardous cases can be handled by certified staff and professionals. The system adapts accordingly without requiring custom code for it.

This software covers the complete operational chain from order management, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse execution. Teams can further use it via voice, chat, or screen by using their own language. The software is developed in the Netherlands and tested with pilot consumers in logistics and warehousing.

A recent report by Precedence Research highlights that the multichannel order management market is benefiting from inventory optimization, increasing demand for unified data and analytics with streamlined logistics.
